Our service technician Ben was amazing! We will request him if we ever have another issue. Only negative is the system of communications which seemed frustrating for the technicians as well. No way to call or ask questions to a live person in the scheduling app.

Knowledgeable tech. But water flow is still very low. The GE refrigerator is a major lemon, and after so many service calls (3 so far by Assurant, as well as 1 prior, under GE warranty), it still doesn't work right. I want a replacement. I think we're definitely owed one--preferably a Whirlpool. I don't want another GE or anything else from the Haier family. Thank you.
