Sears should be ashamed of their fraudulent services. They send people to your houses who collect service fees and do nothing and present you with a bill of supposed estimates of repairs of some distant future that are way over the price of getting completely new dryer. So wrong on so many levels!!!!!

Ai scheduling is a joke and a complete waste of your time. Made the out of state 4hr round trip to meet technician at the agreed upon service window (3 days prior to service date) only to be stood up with no calls, text, smoke signal..... nothing! We had to call Sears to find out what's going on only to have a robot tell us it had been auto rescheduled for later in the week. No possible way to talk with a human. This is one of our Airbnbs so now the new guests have no dryer. With it being a week long stay we had to refund money for the inconvenience. Beyond frustrated, hopefully others can avoid this situation. We totally understand things happen but a call from an actual live body would have been nice. 😠

Horrible experience! All Ai and you cannot speak to a actual human. The back story.... I called in to get our clothes dryer serviced and things can get a bit tricky on scheduling with our property being a Airbnb. Initial call and set-up went smooth as silk with the Ai attendant scheduling within our day and 4hr window we had available between guests checking out and new guest checking in...... fast forward to day of scheduling we make the 2hr drive out of state to meet with technician with time frame of 11am - 3pm. We wait and wait and at 2:45 I call to see what's up and date has now been auto rescheduled to a later date 3 days down the road! 4hr round trip of my life I'll never get back and will now have to give guest small refund for the inconvenience of not having a dryer in our cabin. Beyond frustrating and have no idea how Sears has a 4.8 rating!

The tech was fantastic. The A I contact was the worst experience ever°!! I had no idea when tech was coming, except 8-5. Then I get a text at 7 am saying Tech is on his way. Not true. Ben was vert nice, explained things, but I told him I would never use Sears or A&E appliance ever.

Technician came to repair washer as water was not coming in and did not even check inlet screen which had sediment built up. Our plumber was able to figure it out. Do not just trust what they say, especially if you are not watching the technician.
