The tech ran all necessary diagnostics. Timing appeared to be off. A hard restart from the circuit breaker seemed to correct. However, if any further issue, tech made sure I was told to call and another diagnostic check may be necessary. He kept me informed but did not discount there still may be a glitch or issue. The AI system needs much more input to work for customers. It lacks the ability to handle cancellations and glitches in appointment settings for customers who work too. The telephone system is terrible. Again, options need more input. And, the continued contact not being me is totally stupid. The machine was never in any name but mine. This review invitation not even correct.
