Taylor did an outstanding job of completing the problem to satisfactory resolution. He is very much a service oriented individual. He was very meticulous and quality conscious. He would be a great role model for education case studies in any service company. He was most apologetic for the painful lack of communication on the status updates for the order ticket that was originally opened on April 22nd 2025. The referenced lack of communication was in no part the fault of Taylor.
