My technician rates 5 solid 5 stars. The sears service: setting up the service call and communication with only AI and not being able to talk to a human being rates zero stars. Not even 1. My rating reflects both these considerations.

I attempted to call and schedule repair, but was greeted by an 'AI agent'. I asked for a human but I apparently angered the robot as I was told they only use bots and humans no longer exist. Gee, I wonder why Sears closed all their stores? I was honestly hesitant to call anyway based on my last experience with Sears, but I can say with out a doubt I'll never do business with any company that doesn't use humans to answer their phone

Glen was scheduled to come to my home for a repair between 8-5. I sat home all day and waited. At 5:30 I cancelled the appt. Will not call them again.

Our service tech, Christopher, did an excellent job repairing our refrigerator. He deserves 5 stars. However, Sears Home Services company gets 0 stars for their extremely poor customer service. No live person to speak to, only AI communication. This company gets a F for customer service and also for canceling appointments on the day of a scheduled appointment. It took 3 weeks for the refrigerator to be repaired. Never use Sears Home Services again !!!
