Glen was scheduled to come to my home for a repair between 8-5. I sat home all day and waited. At 5:30 I cancelled the appt. Will not call them again.

Our service tech, Christopher, did an excellent job repairing our refrigerator. He deserves 5 stars. However, Sears Home Services company gets 0 stars for their extremely poor customer service. No live person to speak to, only AI communication. This company gets a F for customer service and also for canceling appointments on the day of a scheduled appointment. It took 3 weeks for the refrigerator to be repaired. Never use Sears Home Services again !!!

This company is an absolute joke. I would give a 0 star if I could . Had an appointment today between 8am and 5pm. Got a message they be arriving around 9am, then another one saying 10am, and another saying around 12pm and the last update saying 1:20pm. It’s 5pm and no one has showed up and no message from anyone. If they had just called or texted saying they couldn’t make it today would have been fine but I have heard from no one other than a robot. So, I have now wasted my whole SATURDAY for nothing and our washer is still not fixed. I will be contacting someone else.
