Technician Robert B was awesome. Very courteous and polite. On time and did good work. The accident with the broken pipe, was just that, and accident. It was nothing he did that caused it. Was then very prompt in explaining to us the process for getting the problem fixed.

Glenn arrived in a timely manner. Of course, the sound the fridge had been making was not happening when he arrived. He stayed long enough to hear some of the noise, and ended up having to take the back off several times before he found what we both hope to be the issue. He explained to it all to me in layman’s terms.

He did a great job. Glad it’s fixed but shouldn’t have to wait so many weeks before getting repaired. It’s been well over a month. I appreciate gave same tech. Stove has been torn up twice for same issue. Melting mother board.
