Although the repair was not resolved, Anthony was pleasant and did what he could to resolve the issue with my washer. The stars are for his customer-friendly attitude and effort. This is the third or fourth time I have seen Anthony for this issue. I have also seen another technician and spoken with them twice via video about the same problem. STILL UNRESOLVED. It's time to talk about a better solution to the time and money inconvenience I've had over the past 2.5 months.
