Anthony was great. He knew his stuff. Worked late to make sure our washing machine was fixed. I did not like the AI. I am not an AI hater but think it’s not good business to have no way to reach a human when things are going as planned. There are no phone numbers to a human. Crazy!!!!

William arrived when he texted that he would. He was friendly and went right to work on my dishwasher. He found the problem and had it working in no time. He is very efficient and explained what the problem was to my husband and I. He’s very qualified and knowledgeable in his field of work.

Anthony Gillis arrived on schedule after texting his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He completed the work in less than an hour and thoroughly cleaned the work area and dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. We’ll call again if we need appliance repairs.
