I've at six interactions with this service company. On the first one the repair person called said saying his vehicle broke down, but they would be over later. I never heard from him again . I made three more appointments,. No show no call. The first person to actually show up after two months of requesting service, came in, felt like he was in a rush and said the parts need it will be coming in the mail. The parts did come in the mail three days later, but it took another 10 days for the repair person to show up. He did " repairs" and told me wait 24 hours and it will get cold like it supposed to. Prior to his repairs the freezer was cold like refrigerator should be so I was able to keep food in the freezer section. 24 hours later the refrigerator was blowing hot air so I had to throw all my food away. I had to wait another 16 days for the next repair person. Mr. Wyman took his time checking out the refrigerator and answered the questions I had. He did not rush me with my questions, and he made me feel as if what I said mattered
