Erik was very kind. However, SEARS dropped the ball because no one bothered to call and find out details on the issue. If they would have maybe we would have AC. Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for someone to change out breaker bounce then probs lg another month before Sears will come back.

The repairman showed up late to repair my Kenmore Model 79579993-511 refridgerator. Apparently had the wrong parts because he spent about two hours welding. The kitchen was covered in soot after he left. He assured me that the refrigerator was fixed but it ran like a diesel engine for the next 1.5 hours. He is trying to slow poison us because the back of the refridgerator remains open.

Sears techs misdiagnosed the problem with my freezer. I had another company out for a second opinion. The compressor was not the problem, so the compressor nor other parts as the Sears techs said didn't need to be replaced. Both Sears techs screwed me out of over of $1K+. I do not recommend using Sears services.

The tech was good but their customer service is non-existent. You cannot talk to a real person it's strictly AI online. If you have a problem you might as well pour your money down the drain because you can't speak to anybody about it .AI cannot handle every problem ,you need to get real people for customer service.Dont waste your money ,get a repair company that has real people performing customer not AI..zI give their customer service -0
