Sears techs misdiagnosed the problem with my freezer. I had another company out for a second opinion. The compressor was not the problem, so the compressor nor other parts as the Sears techs said didn't need to be replaced. Both Sears techs screwed me out of over of $1K+. I do not recommend using Sears services.

The tech was good but their customer service is non-existent. You cannot talk to a real person it's strictly AI online. If you have a problem you might as well pour your money down the drain because you can't speak to anybody about it .AI cannot handle every problem ,you need to get real people for customer service.Dont waste your money ,get a repair company that has real people performing customer not AI..zI give their customer service -0

If I could give no stars, I would. Technician never showed up, would reschedule, and then not show up again. Can’t get in touch with anyone at Sears (pretty sure this is a fake company and only has AI representatives). Absolutely terrible and would not recommend.

Out of 3 different appointments no one not even Rodney showed up. Me and my family have been suffering through this 🔥 Ga weather since June. When you call you can never speak to a live person and when i finally did they apologized and made another bogus appointment. They give all day appointment windows 8am-5pm thats a whole work day ive missed waiting for a ghost 👻. Never Again

The service I received today was substandard for SEARS. I have done business with Sears since the early 70s. There was no one that could compete with the quality service and products that SEARS provided. But today is a first that I am highly disappointed in the service and attitude of tech that's representing SEARS. They refused to remove the old parts from the home after completing the work. He pushed everything in a corner of the kitchen. I ask him to take them away as this has always been done and that I have no way of disposing them. He replied "I don't have any way of disposing them either. I just did a $600 job,.". I explained that I received no free service and paid for repairs. He left without removing the old parts. I contacted Sears' office and was told the tech should have taken the old parts and would return to get them. He has not returned to get the old parts. The disrespect was totally uncalled for. I give 0 ratings for unprofessional service that I received today.
