Very professional. Treated us like family. So kind, and trustworthy and was not going to leave until the job was perfect. I will definitely use them for other repairs. 5 stars no dought. I'd like to add that Darryl Martin was awesome, the very best!!

David was very professional. Sears sent techs out twice to fix my dishwasher to no avail. David came out and called the maker of the dishwasher and the person he spoke to told him it needed to be reset. David reset it and it works great. I finally have my dishwasher back after 4 months.
