The quality of work was great. However, I lost a day's work waiting on an early morning scheduled appointment that came in the afternoon. Please consider providing a smaller block of time, 2 - 4 hours so customers do not have to lose a full day of work.

Mr. Rafeal and Mr. Rapheal was very professional. They came to home in good spirits even though they had to travel over an hour away. They fixed our appliance in hardly any time. My only concern is with Sears it took over 2 weeks to get our fridge fixed because the part was on back order and then I was told that they would alert me when the part was in stock and being sent but I never received anything until the part showed up at my address. I grateful for the part coming in because buying ice was getting expensive to keep our food cool.
