Daniel correctly diagnosed the issue with my broken washing machine. He ordered the necessary part, and fixed the problem. So, good service, good outcome. Communication was also satisfactory. My only issue is that in my opinion the service charge was too high, but not outrageous. All-in-all, I am a satisfied customer.
