My tech was wonderful and fixed my washer when the last tech said it would have to take two people (so the dryer could be moved off the washer). However I would give a low score for sears as a company getting my part fixed as it took a month and half to get a the right part and send the new tech out but was also Choice Warranty’s fault! Sears needs a direct number to talk to an actual human!
