Professional and kind. I am pleased with the work he did. Something f for you to think of as a company. He did not have a towel or a vacuum cleaner, so I had to provide both of those things to him. It wasn’t a problem and he was very nice about it, but you may want to equip your service reps with the necessary equipment to do their job..
