I have no issues with the technician. It seems that the switch next to the A/C unit had somehow been turned off which did not allow thermostat to turn on. The technician came and turned on the switch and the unit started working. Is it ethical to charge fee for this work. If this is ethics, then no business can go bad. That is all what I can say.
