Part came in the next day, very fast delivery. It did take a week for Sears to schedule the technician to come back in install the part. The technician was in and out in no time and took care of the installation.

Ian was great. Very professional. However, we prepaid for the parts and labor and, looking at our invoice, we paid $299 for labor. He was here for 30 minutes. Seems a bit much.
