Excellent service - very professional

Eli and his partner were excellent! They discovered the problem right away and gave me pointers in case it should happen again! They even checked to see if I had a warranty! Just that little extra was really nice! Linda Faucette

Very professional and was able to identify the issue quickly.

Did great job but I’m not happy that I was deceived by the representative who sold me this inferior plan when he knew I wanted to renew my previous plan that lapsed in January 2023! It was supposed to be a whole house plan and I only got an appliance plan. Plus I have to pay a deductible of $100 on EACH appliance rather than one deductible for any repair on as many issues I may have on covered items.

Very efficient and worked quickly. Made sure it worked before he left. Only improvement would be for him to have a stepstool instead of borrowing mine.

Took the time to diagnose the problem after parts delivered by the manufacturer were incorrect or not valid. He was able to fix the problem. Fantastic!
