These guys rescheduled my appointment after another two weeks of the scheduled appointment saying they were overbooked (On the day of the appointment). They are truly unprofessional!

Appointment time delayed all day. Verbal inquires by the tech did not occur until last minute. Policy of the company is that they do not do zoned AC units. This should have been asked initially by the company. Appointment reassigned by warranty company.

Rude, Didn't fix the problem. Closed the ticket. Will not come back. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot get hold of a Human. Appointments are 3 weeks out. Update: They asked me to give them information on Facebook messenger. 2 days past - Still no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUD

Poor quality of work. He visited 4 times and ordered bunch of parts but still didnt fix the issue. Super Bad work.

At first i wrote: Fast! And already the house has cooled down. Whew! But the improvement didn't last. The next morning the house was warm again. Now the house is at 80 degrees, warm air is blowing from the vents and my next appointment is more than two MORE WEEKS LATER. UNSATISFACTORY, since I reported claim on June 15 New date is July 17. ### SEARS HOME SERVICES and CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. Between the two of them, you wouldn't think my AC would have been out since JUNE 24! Thet tell mrme the Sears technician will be coming on JULY 18! Can you believe it?? THIRTY FIVE DAYS???

The technician who came in had to order two parts he said one of the parts does not belong to the refrigerator and I have and I have to purchase it so I went to Home Depot and purchased that part but when he installed that part he said now we need another part to order, but that part belongs to the refrigerator and he called and tried to order it, but the service center told him: ” since you completed this service you cannot order any parts for it anymore” I don’t know why he completed the service before he actually finishes the job. Now the refrigerator is still not working and he told me to call and schedule an appointment again this is really disappointing

Sears Appliance Technician could not find cause of water dripping from left door on refrigerator. Sears has visited my home 3 times and did not find cause of water dripping.

Absolutely horrible experience. After a diagnostic visit and a repair visit, my washer was broken more than the initial visit. The technician said he could not fix the washer so we asked for a refund of the $298 we paid for the repair. He asked my wife to sign a document and explained to her that would start the refund process. After now 3 calls where we have been transferred to 8 different people during the call, still no refund for anything. Every time I call they claim there is no record of requesting a refund at all. I have now been left with a washer that is more damaged than when they initially started and I am out $298. Stay away and do not use Sears at all.
