James was friendly, efficient and fast. His first visit was to find the problem and he knew what it was exactly, the part was delivered to me in two days, which was a surprise. Next day a different tech came, looked at the double oven and said"we need two techs for this" and left. Billy returned, and replaced the part, by his self, no second person needed. The cost for the heating element and labor was $700.00 plus. I thought this was high, but called Sears as it was a Kenmore product.
