Technicians are great once they get here. Sears scheduled and cancelled. Ask best date next but did not honor my request so I was on Sears time. Next week sears cancelled the day of. Asked for a time and again it was not my choice but Sears choice. The day of service he was suppose to be here at 9:30, then 11:30: then 3:30. He arrived before 4 without a Sears truck. He said it was in the shop. Sears used to have a picture of the technician on the appointment page so I would know it wasn't some crook or rapist out of nowhere showing up. Ai stinks!

Benny has been coming over to fix the same refrigerator for quite a few months now. He always comes in with a big smile, great personality and always ready to tackle the job at hand. He's been so patient trying to fix the lemon of refrigerator. He's extremely dependable and knowledgeable. Can't ask for a better technician.
