Repairman was professional, personable, timely, and helpful. The repairman identified a blown fuse as the cause of our A/C being out quickly and quickly fixed the issue. Great service. I would use them again.

Choice Home Warranty service call
Identified the problem stated he was getting a quote for the repair and warranty approval then departed. Eventually got an email from Choice denying the repair. Lost valuable time waiting for the technician to reply he couldn't do the repair!
