The rating is for our service tech, Errol. He did a great job, very efficient. Sears appointment. System is very poor. We had too many instances of someone being assigned to come between eight and five and no one showing up and we don’t hear about it until after five! We also were sent confused, conflicting messages that said the parts weren’t in. They were gonna reschedule when the parts were sitting in our home already! I ended up spending hours on the phone to clarify when the technician was coming.
