Alex did a great job. Unfortunately it took 4 scheduled appointments that Sears cancelled before someone got out here to install the parts. Another time i waited all day, 2 cars in the driveway, 6 dogs in the house to bark, only to find out supposedly the technician had come and claimed no one was home. He even had a picture of my mailbox. How did he do that and not come up the driveway? Is there an app for that? There must be, we both didn’t leave the house!
