Ned is great...my 4 yr old fridge hasn't worked right in long time, repair was much headache for Ned, many parts replaced including compressor, relay and icemaker...(sears a1 scheduler was not helpful, needs to be reprogrammed) ...thankful for Ned's patience, need my refrig/freezer working!

Ned, the technical was great! He diagnosed the problem, and corrected the issue. Sears management needs to be more respectful of their customer’s time by narrowing the service window. An 8:00 am to 5:00 pm window is very inconvenient. If my issue was not covered through the manufacturer’s warranty, I would not hire Sears service because of their policy of an 8:00 to 5:00 service window!

My tech called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He was quick and very efficient. He did the repair and gave me a quote for another repair as well as scheduled me for that one very quickly.
