A repair person who knows what he is doing

Sears sent Luis to our house a week ago to determine the problem with our new dryer door. After assessing the problem and ordering parts he set up an appointment for the next week. He showed up when he said that he would and within a short time he had the new parts installed and the dryer is as good as new. This young professional is a real asset to Sears. He knows what he is doing and doesn't waste any time fixing problems without wasting any time. This was an excellent experience.

Brandon

Brandon was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional. He gets right to work and if Brandon can't fix it, no one can. He is on my family's roster of people to call as our repairman for all appliances. We have called upon him for over two years and would not consider anyone but Brandon with Sears Home Services.
