My technicians Ryan(diagnose) and Luis (repair w/ parts) were Awesome...more than 5 stars. Issue with appt. Cancelations and inability to track parts by Sears software became MAJOR problem. Customer has absolutely Zero means on contacting Sears to be informed or resolve delay. That part gets Zero stars.

James worked methodically to isolate cause for the reported leak in Kenmore front load washer, but found no trouble. He explained the 30 day warranty and how service call billing for same issue would be waived if leaking again. He gets 5 stars! My only complaint is not about the technician but the AI assistant being the only option to talk to A&E. It made many mistakes with name, address, duplication of appointments and scheduling. When needed a human point of contact should be made available. Change that and I’ll consider signing up for appliance maintenance. The AI assistant makes this only a 3 star experience overall.

The technician is very professional and well-prepared. However, the service notification website needs significant improvement as the information is not accurate. You should also consider reducing the window for service.

As a third party once the appt was scheduled thru best buy there was no contact way to directly contact Sears and they without contacting us cancelled the original appt and did not reschedule and we had to re call Best Buy and the next appt was 4 days later Noy acceptable
