Great service by the technician he called and said he gave me a 30 minute window to show up which he did a great service fix the part very nice and knowledgeable and but have to use your service again would ask for him to work on my appliances

Despite Sears Home Services deplorable treatment of me, the customer and, Curtis, the technician, he remained attentive, professional and sympathetic. SHS told me they don't have technicians qualified to work on my Bisch dishwasher, yet they sent this man out as a pawn in their hideous five-month effort to avoid replacing an irreparable machine. Curtis is a good man in a bad scheme.
