From my initial call to Sears to Gene coming to my home Sears was exceptional to work with. Gene (Eugene) was very knowledgeable and professional. Sears had a tech out to my home the next day , the pricing was great even for it not being under warranty! I’ll be looking for more services and products through Sears!
