Eugene was extremely helpful in explaining the mechanical issues with our washing machine and dryer. After he explained the yearly warranty with us, we decided to go ahead and purchase it. He's a keeper!

Archie and Johnny were great and resolved the problem. Ordered part and was found it was in stock and even scheduled followup appointment for installation of the part following day. Also learned thatn previous two technicians did not do what they should have done earlier which meant the resolution could have come over a month sooner.
