7/14/2025 A NO SHOW NO CALL AGAIN! That is at least 10 times, no exaggeration! They tell me they need to order parts one more time and if they can’t fix it they must replace. However if they don’t show i get no washer! The first time they did come out was April 2, 2025, its July 14,2025 ! It’s been excalated 4 times now. There is no one in the excalation department, they are supposed to call me but they never do! HELP SOMEONE! Luis, your tech lied and said he did a service appointment but he did not come for appointment ar all. One time a technician claimed to have come, even had a picture of my mailbox, however with 2 cars in the driveway and both of us home, i can tell you he did not! I used to love Sears warranty, had it for 20 years on my garden tractor- that turned into a huge mess also! , but this is not the Sears it used to be. I do not recommend this to anyone. They claim to have an escalation dept but there is no one to talk to. Its just the worker bees and no supervisor! I want out as soon as i get the replacement washer they owe me! 07/29/2025 Repair man put the parts in washer but tub leaking. Next washer appointment Sept 10, 2025. 07/30/2025 Garbage disposal repairman here. Hopefully ordering a replacement to be repaired or replaced next week

Bought an LG Quadwash dishwasher. A month later the top basket would not close because of faulty guide rails. It was in warranty so LG sent Sears App Repair. I told the scheduler the rails were faulty so send new rails. She refused.

Update: I finally got the refund I was promised 6 weeks ago, so I'm grateful for that, but I would not have gotten the refund if my 1-star review hadn't gotten the attention of someone at Transformco, the company that apparently owns Sears after they declared bankruptcy, and I would never again call Sears Appliance Repair because they're only as good as the local subcontractor and, in this case, they misdiagnosed the problem, then promised me a refund, then gave me the run around for 6 weeks, so I have to let my 1-star review stand as a cautionary tale to others. Buyer beware! I was promised a refund, and now I can't get anyone to answer my calls. I called on 2/20/25 because my washing machine was making a loud grinding noise (my initial call was immediately answered by a very pleasant human being, now everything goes to AI). They sent a tech out on 2/21/25 and he said I needed a pulley, so I paid $395 for the pulley and the installation of the same, and they were to return on 2/27/25 after the part came in. On 2/27/25, a different (more experienced) tech came and he said there was nothing wrong with my pulley (in fact, there was nothing wrong with my washing machine other than normal wear and tear, and it's been working fine ever since, the only reason it was making a noise in the first place was because I tried to wash a heavy bathroom rug by itself). In any case, the tech (Luis P.) called his manager and the manager approved a refund because the diagnostic was incorrect and the part, which was never installed, was returned to the tech. As of this writing, it has been 6 weeks since I was promised a refund (I was told it would take 15 business days) and I'm out $395 for a misdiagnosis and work that was never performed.

Made an appointment on line for next day service. Appointment confirmed. Next day no one shows up. Can't get a human on the phone. Turns out local franchisee is out of business and apparently Sears didn't know. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE THEM AGAIN.

No notes made as to what parts needed - just told they weren’t available. No suggestions for how to replace unit. Very difficult to find live representative at sears. Only interested In selling appliance warranties.

This company sears home services epically failed at providing any sort of resolution or addressing the issue. Do not use them. What they tell you on the phone about appointments and escalating issues is a crock. Tech Peter was lying from the start with the “information he provided.” Very lazy and careless. There support team thoroughout the entire day from 8:44am- 5:53pm was no better. Saying appointments were scheduled and issue was being escalated. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
