I had asked him not to make any repairs since my charge was over $500 and I could buy a new washer for that. When I got home, my washer was broken in pieces and not usable at all. Beforehand, it was at least useable.

I’d give a negative 1 if possible- waste of time, did. not attempt to do anything except stare at the refrig and make a call. Couldn’t get ice container back in, cancels on me twice before. Pathetic

Technician was not professional with the client. Additionally, the service call is $140 and the part was $20 then told it would be another $500 for 10 min work. I don't mind paying fair but that's being misled.
