HE did a great job in finding the problem with my refrigerator but it stil not fixed not his fault its choicewarantys fault they havent called to have you get the manufactory part and put it in. Iwill have to call the manufactory warranty place and have them send some one with the part to put it in for me monday.

Luis was very thorough and helpful. He patiently waited for over an hour to get in contact with my warranty company to ensure we had what we needed. Sears was terrible. There are some things AI cannot do, but Sears hasn't figured that out, unfortunately.

Peter the technician was good and hopefully I will hear from you ASAP. Your new AI system is awful and it is very frustrating not having an option to speak to a representative.There are times when you don’t have access to a computer to get on the internet.
