Peter the technician was good and hopefully I will hear from you ASAP. Your new AI system is awful and it is very frustrating not having an option to speak to a representative.There are times when you don’t have access to a computer to get on the internet.

Tech does not know his products, has ask me many times what is wrong with my dishwasher and he order parts for it a month ago. his information tells him that parts were received so he must know whats wrong with it Takes too long to receive parts. No person to answer the phone all automated. Too many text, too many emails

It is almost impossible to get through to speak to human. There is an AI robot that is limited on options. The tech came out on Monday and defrosted my freezer, but then I still had to troubleshoot after he left because it started throwing codes again. After that, I called to have a tech come back out I scheduled for Five days later because they didn’t have anyone sooner and somehow that got canceled and now they cannot get out to fix my fridge until the 20th. We have been without a fridge for over two weeks. They are not fast at getting out to do a repair. Even the reps if you do manage to get a human do not have a manager that you can speak with. I use them in the past and they were phenomenal before AI and now I will never use them after this and I pray that they get the fridge fixed. I am looking to contact the Attorney General‘s office Better Business Bureau and FTC because it is very poor customer service and very poor management of repairs.
