Sears technician, Peter, was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to diagnose the issue with the refrigerator filter. Unfortunately, the fridge is just over 15 yrs old so there is no replacement part available unless I can find it online and a technician will be able to install it for me. He did give other suggestions which was very helpful. I’m happy to have had this appointment because I found a lot of value in paying for an informed diagnosis . I give Peter 5 stars. ~Elizabeth U

Luis has worked on my washer several times over the year. He is awesome. Detailed, pleasant and professional. He has taken care of my 36 year old Lady Kenmore very well and she is still going strong.

The technician was quick with the repair and knew exactly what was causing the issues with my fridge. Previous to Sears another company came out and were clueless. Sears tech was VERY knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and quick with the repair. He was definitely an expert. Thank you!
