Peter the technician was good and hopefully I will hear from you ASAP. Your new AI system is awful and it is very frustrating not having an option to speak to a representative.There are times when you don’t have access to a computer to get on the internet.

Tech does not know his products, has ask me many times what is wrong with my dishwasher and he order parts for it a month ago. his information tells him that parts were received so he must know whats wrong with it Takes too long to receive parts. No person to answer the phone all automated. Too many text, too many emails

It is almost impossible to get through to speak to human. There is an AI robot that is limited on options. The tech came out on Monday and defrosted my freezer, but then I still had to troubleshoot after he left because it started throwing codes again. After that, I called to have a tech come back out I scheduled for Five days later because they didn’t have anyone sooner and somehow that got canceled and now they cannot get out to fix my fridge until the 20th. We have been without a fridge for over two weeks. They are not fast at getting out to do a repair. Even the reps if you do manage to get a human do not have a manager that you can speak with. I use them in the past and they were phenomenal before AI and now I will never use them after this and I pray that they get the fridge fixed. I am looking to contact the Attorney General‘s office Better Business Bureau and FTC because it is very poor customer service and very poor management of repairs.

I have been waiting a month for Sears repair to show up for warranty repair on new dishwasher. Every week they schedule service. They do not notify what time the service will be so I have to stay at house all day. At 5:30 They send text 'Sorry not today, reschedule for next week.' 3 weeks in a row.

Total Garbage!! Never received a call before tech showed up even though told by their scheduler. Told them before hand what was wrong. Tech came in pushed a few buttons said my washer needed a $500 drain pump and a $1000 control panel. Why the pump? Guessing so it brought the cost over the price of a new unit and they could walk away with the $119 and take a late breakfast. Total time spent on machine less than 10 minutes. Called to ask for the report along with part numbers, transfered to Chris in India and no PN#s available but was told the Tech quoted multiple trouble codes that he personally never saw. In short, house of hacks and den of deception. Remember Sears and Kmart, let this place join them.

BEWARE - No call no show 5 different days and then broke my washing machine drain pump while trying to unclog simple hose. Now I can't use my washing machine at all. All phone numbers go to off shore call centers, can't get through to anyone that can help. STAY AWAY!!!

The technician spent approximately 2 minutes doing a maintenance check up. No panels were removed, no cleaning, just pushed a few buttons looked inside the washer and left. The previous tech spent much more time and was very thorough and took his time assuring us all was good. Very disappointed in this technician. And want a new service call scheduled immediately!

No show. I can only have technicians come between 9am and must be off the property at 5pm where are you this has been 2 months and my frig still isnt fixed. 4 times

last technician was very nice..your customer service stinks..they canceled the entire repair..never completed. Replacement door was wrong no new order placed no one will call me back disgusted.
