My tech, Ledger…could see how much I needed service. He listened to my problem and stayed to complete my service even though he could have passed it on to someone else. I, as a customer had a real problem with your AI service…it was so much back and forth, appointments that were scheduled but never completed! I have never experienced such a mess! But after all the problems…your employee, LEDGER WAS EXCELLENT…I give him the highest praise!!
