I've had several techs, multiple visits, and several parts replaced only to continue having the same issue. Henack was able to finally get GE/Assurant to replace my faulty unit. He was very professional and on time.

David W is the only competent tech that came to repair our refrigerator. First tech did not diagnose properly even though he was told they had to add Freon prior visit. Also, first tech left minor damage on fridge. Tech two Raphael was polite but refused to work on fridge because I filed a claim. Finally David came out and properly diagnosed and ordered mor parts to complete the repair. Finally after 4 weeks and four visits our fridge is up and running again. I do not like sears AI process one bit. I don't like the fact if you have an issue you cannot talk to a live person and request a tech or particular time because of issues. Sears must think it is not an inconvenience to take off work or that everyone has remote jobs. You need to do better with this process.
