Joshua V. was very kind and knowledgeable about replacing the control board and the switch for my dryer. I told him that the previous repairman, Ivan, replaced the top of the dryer incorrectly. Joshua looked up the correct installation on the internet. The top piece was NOT replaced incorrectly. Joshua explained that the top piece could be placed in two different positions. Joshua moved the top piece to my satisfaction. Joshua secured the ventilation tube for my dryer and checked the outside vent for proper airflow. I was very pleased with his work. Thank you!
