John was very professional, polite and explained everything to me and my husband. He knew what needed to be done and completed the task. We felt safe with him in our home and would recommend him and your company to all our family and friends. It is hard to find such excellent service, but John was 5 stars all the way.

Tarek was very efficient and professional. Explained what the situation was with my home's central A/C unit. Although the parts needed to repair the unit where not readily available, he ordered them. And came back as soon as possible to install/repair our central air unit. All is well now, working good. We are back to a cool house. Thank you Tarek, you are the BEST!

Victor did a fine job of trying to fix my dishwasher and communicated his findings clearly to me. I think it is ridiculous though, for you to send me 10 (ten) emails after his visit. Could you not have just sent one (1) email with the charges listed?????
