Unit was fixed after the third visit second visit had to order part part was not located in the state took 3 weeks to come in Hopefully it is now fixed

He told me the problem and indicated it would be best to buy a newer appliance. I have an older model. He could replace the part and for the price of it could be used towards a newer model and I agree!
