My tech appointment with John
John was great. He was able to pinpoint the issue with my refrigerator right away. So happy that I purchased the home warranty. Definitely saved on how much I would have paid for the parts and labor if I didn't have the warranty.

Dennis was amazing. He inspected the dryer and everything seemed to be working just fine. He diagnosed the ducts/vents needed to be cleaned. He offered to clean the inside of the dryer not only the drum but the electrical and heating components. Usually, I would have told him we would pass as I would think the contractor is trying to upsell us. I ended up having Dennis clean the inside of the dryer and I'm glad we had it done. He showed me burnt lint and dust near the heating area. Anyway, thanks to Dennis! We might have never had it cleaned and possibly started a fire. Glad we had him for the tech!!!

Chris has been performing annual maintenance on my "ancient" Kenmore water softener for many years. I'm amazed the product still works as well as it does. He says it's going to keep on making my water soft for many years to come
