Was given an appointment on 4/20/26 to get my ice maker fixed, the technician in this case came to my house the week before and ordered the part. Come 4/20/26 I was waiting for the technician to arrive, got a text after 3 PM asking if I had received the part, I was unaware that I was getting the part sent to me or to expect this part. Since I did not have the part I wasted a day at home waiting for the technician and the ordered part that did not arrive. Eventually the part arrived 4/25/26, and a new appoint was made for 4/27/26, the technician came in installed the part and had an extra ice marker with him just in case. The ordering system needs a bit more work, but the technician sent solved the issue I had with my ice maker. Thx
