Frig repair
Henack was terrific! He was on time, very professional and understood the problem with our ice maker almost immediately. He needed to get a part and he went out his way to get it and to return to fix the problem. Great guy and great repairman!

I admire David's persistence in solving our problem, replacing a cracked glass cooktop. After receiving two damaged cooktops from the manufacturer, David suggested ordering through Sears. Not only was the part cheaper, but David said he could make sure the part wasn't damaged before making the appointment for installation. He directly followed up with me upon securing a cooktop that wasn't damaged. We ran into some new issues with the Jennaire stove upon installation of the cooktop. David keyed them out and followed through on fixing them. The issue with our cooktop spanned several months and David saw the matter through to its complete resolution. David evidences a high degree of professionalism making him an asset to the Sears repair team.
