Recurring AC Issue
Kevin took the time to figure out what was really the problem with our AC instead of just filling the freon and moving on. We had a wasn't see leak and Kevin was willing to do the hard work to repair it.

A technician came out to see what was going on with our machine. Unfortunately, three control boards have been installed in our machine in the last two months. None of them have worked properly. He could not get it to go into diagnostics or for any of the functions to work properly. we are to the point where we are going to request a voucher so that we can go buy a new machine on our own. I am of the opinion that this machine cannot be fixed.

The technician was very nice but the ice machine is not working. I only have 20 cubes in over 8 hours. I'm calling in the morning for him to come back. Needs to be better than before.

Learn today about keeping ac drain clear. Was cleaning drain every 6 months with the wrong type of cleaner. Told to use vinegar and hot water once a month. She pulled out what look like a snake but was algae jelly. 70 years old and still learning.
