Waited for most of the day but it was worth it. Ivan (our technician) did a fast job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed. He also made our washing machine hum like a well oiled machine instead of aa loud old garbage disposal on high alert! Well done!

DBL dr frig board died......replaced Appliances are NOT made like they to be..... in the past. Ss rusted in first year. I want black textured appliances that were made too last longer and had low maintenance.

Sean is very personable, polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. After trying to re-boot the thermostat and failing, I assumed the thermostat was bad. Sean informed me that the problem was a stuck float valve that shut down power to the thermostat, reminding me that I learn something every time a professional comes to the house. He quickly vacuumed out the hoses and restored the A/C to working condition. 5 Stars to Sean, and thank you.
