Took the dryer apart, lubricated all moving parts and put it back together. Very polite and knowledgeable on what he was doing if we have a problem, you can send him out again.

My issue was all the pre appointment emails and texts. Every day asking me to confirm or and change the date and time of the appointment. Every day! Borderline harassment! Once I confirm you don’t need to text me anymore. You only need to ask me once if I’d prefer a different day and time.
