Refrigerator thermostat installed.
Neal was courteous, very task oriented and did not waste time. Very grateful for his expertise. My qualm is with Sears ' lack of notification, and an inability for customers to contact a person or obtain info when scheduled appt is not kept. I lost a whole day when there was no show and no contact from Sears for scheduled date of 6/8. Rescheduled date of 6/9, still shows 6/8.;Further discomfort resulted when the many calls made to Sears using different numbers, the same msgs were heard repeatedly . My family has used Sears for decades. This experience is displeasing.Tech service was very good. Please review the seemingly "armoured" communication system with customers . I would like to praise this area as well .
