Service technician Justin
Justin was here on time and shoved my problem with my refrigerator not dispensing water. Service was great. I just had a problem with customer service as it was all automated and I needed to talk to a real person.

Too many calls/text messages to verify service appointment. 8 am- 5pm window too long. Most people will miss an entire day of work. Even though my time was reasonable
